Cancellation Information

Current Facility Cancellation Fees


Beginning October 1, 2013, a $40/$10 non-refundable reservation fee will be charged to the agency account provided at the time the reservation is created instead of charging the fee after the event occurs. 

NOTE: Cancellations must be e-mailed to ues@ucdavis.edu.  There may be additional fees for coordination of services that you requested through your coordinator. Please contact your coordinator for those fees.

NOTE: Reservations made prior to October 1, 2013 are eligible for the cancellation fee ($20). The fee is in addition to the facility cancellation fees.

If you should cancel that room at any time after you request the custom setup, there is a cancellation fee. Silo Union first floor with less than 30 days notice is $100.
