This information applies to CAMPUS AFFILIATES ONLY: Registered Student Organizations, Staff, Faculty, and other Registered Organizations such as Campus Interest Groups, Alumni Associations, and Constituent Groups.

SPACE AVAILABILITY: You may view the reservable facilities' technical specifications, setup diagrams and audio visual amenities then look up the availability of each facility: http://www.cevs.ucdavis.edu/dept_cont/space/ before calling the UES front desk at 752-2813, to place your request to reserve.

Note: $ means there are facility fees.

If you are fundraising or charging your guests to attend, there are fees attached when you reserve any facility on campus.

Also... if you're in a facility outside of their normal business hours, there are additional fees. A UES Coordinator will discuss this with you at the time you make your reservation.
