We can assist you in planning conferences on or off campus. Some

Our experienced staff will review your needs and prepare a preliminary
cost estimate and budget of requested services. Coordination and registration
charges will be assessed based upon your requirements, giving special attention
to individual needs.
- Consulting - We provide professional consultations for conference
and event planning on or off campus.
- Site Selection - We will arrange site tours for on or off-campus
locations; process contracts; and work directly with the site contact regarding
conference logistics.
- Financial administration - We will help determine event requirements
and related fees; function as centralized billing agent; develop a preliminary
cost projection and budget; manage income and expenses; provide updated
reports; and prepare a master bill.
- Coordination - We will function as the liaison for on and off-campus
service providers and facilities; process all contracts for services and
facilities; and contact selected service providers to make necessary arrangements.

- Registration Headquarters - C&ES will serve as your registration
and general information headquarters.
- Desktop Publishing - We can assist you in developing and preparing
your conference material and printed matter.
- Mailing Services - We can help you compile and maintain your
conference mailing list. We will prepare mailing labels, stuff envelopes,
and process all mailing forms necessary to ensure that your conference
materials are sent in a timely fashion.
- Registration Form Processing and Reports - All registration information
is accurately entered into a custom database for quick and easy access.
Participant and income reports are provided weekly. Additional custom reports
are provided at your request.
- Accounting - All registration checks and credit card slips are
processed and deposited into your conference account.
- Conference Packets - We will assemble packets for each participant
to include name badges, receipts, programs, meal tickets, campus and community
information, etc.
