The UC Davis Event Planners' Exchange sponsors lunch and learn presentations to give our campus event planners the opportunity to network with colleagues and vendors. We invite vendors from our region to give a short presentation about their services/products that would be of use to our campus event planners.
There is no charge to participate! Those interested in participating simply need to select a date from the registration section of this website. The particulars of each meeting are as follows:
1. Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (the room is reserved at 11:30 AM to give you time to set-up)
2. Location: All presentations will be located at 116 A Street (CES Office) unless otherwide noted.
3. Attendance: maximum of 12 people
