Regular Participant
April 15 - June 15: $300
June 16 - September 1: $350
On-Site:  $400
 
Student Participant (student ID number required)
April 15 - June 15: $200
June 16 - September 1: $250

September 1 is the last day to pre-register for this conference.  If you still wish to attend, you will need to register on-site and pay the on-site fee.

Optional Workshops
We will have two parallel workshops on the afternoon of Wednesday September 20th (you may only register for one workshop):

- Bicycle crash and accident reconstruction - $30
- Cycle helmet safety: Global harmonization of consumer information rating schemes - $30

Guest Dinner Tickets (Friday, September 22)
Dinner is included for registrants, you may purchase extra tickets for guests at $30 per person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by August 15, 2017, will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.  Requests received August 16 through September 6 will be refunded less a $160 cancellation fee.  Requests received as of September 7 will not be refunded.  Send cancellation requests to events@ucdavis.edu.
