Registration Fees

General Participants:  $450
Students:  $150

Campus Housing (Dorm style living) - Rooms must be reserved through this site, walk-in guests will not be accommodated.

Single room - $429 per person.  Check in at 4pm on July 9, check out by 12 noon on July 14.  Includes dinner on July 9, three meals per day July 10 - 13, and breakfast and lunch on July 14.  All meals will be served in the Segundo Dining Commons.  Refunds/credits will not be issued for missed meals and/or early departures.  The last day to register for campus housing is May 8, 2018.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees less a  cancellation fee of $75 will be issued for cancellation requests received no later than June 26, 2018.  Cancellations received as of June 27 will not be refunded.  Send cancellation requests to events@ucdavis.edu.

Refunds for campus housing fees will be issued for cancellation requests received no later than May 8, 2018.  Cancellations received as of May 9 will not be refunded.  Send cancellation requests to events@ucdavis.edu.
