University Club Conference Center Closure Update

The University Club Conference Center will no longer be available for event requests beginning November 1, 2009. The facility will be turned over for internal use to the Department of Theater and Dance. If you have any questions please contact Teresa Brown or Lina Layiktez at 752-2813.

Instructions
  1. Select a building.
  2. Enter a room ID for a specific room or click the magnifying glass to get a list of room IDs.
  3. Enter the date in "mm/dd/yyyy" format and press submit.
  4. Please complete the Reservation Request Form located here, print, sign and fax the request to (530) 752-3388 for processing.
  5. Please review the Facility Cancellation Fees prior to calling.
